Crispy Popcorn Chicken

I am sure there are quite a few who love to go to KFC and bite into those cripy pieces of juicy chicken..We sure do love that. Popcorn chicken is one of the must-haves in D’s order. A few days back, I had tried making Crispy Chicken and it came out well. So, naturally next on the list was Popcorn Chicken. It’s made in my own way and it’s different from what you get in KFC. I wouldn’t claim that the ones I make, tastes exactly like those you get inKFC.The taste is a little different. But the juiciness and crunchiness are very much there..

As I had mentioned in my earlier posts, I like experimenting except when I am baking. Whenever I am trying out something new on my own, I always have butterflies in my stomach..The same feeling you have when you sit for an exam..:-) The butterflies remain there, till my boys give out their verdict. Today they gave a thumbs up…..Neither could stop at one 🙂
