I have lost count of the number of times I have baked Cornflakes Cookies at home. This is one easy to make cookie and is very tasty too. D and his friends really love it and I get requests from them very often to make more.

    Hi Riya,

I bake them in convection mode in my oven, which has preheat function. I will have to know how your oven works in order to help you..Do you have gas mark or some function to adjust temp in your oven ??
